What Documents would be executed upon making the down payment?
Once you complete the application form and make payment you will receive a receipt & agreement of Sale (AOS) and allotment letter .On completion of payment you will receive share certificate
When I become the owner of the plot?
On the payment of last instalment a share certificate of the society will be issued confirming the ownership of the plot.

The title of the entire complex shall be transfer in the name and style “Kay One” Agricultural & Horticultural Department Co-operative society Ltd.
How I become the part of complex?
One has to acquire ½ acre agricultural plot in the complex & apply for the member of Kay One Society.
When will I get the possession of the land?
possession Rights will be handed over upon the conveyance of the property in favour of the society.

The company will intimate the handover process at the time of completion of the development of the project.
Can the unit be transferred without registering, during the lock in period to someone else?
